Licensed to practice in federal courts for the Eastern District of Kentucky, southern district of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Other legal qualifications:

Two cases which I have co-counseled have resulted in precedent setting decisions to be used and followed by the courts of Kentucky: City of Covington v. Raymond & Hilda Hardback, KY. App., 883 s.w.2d 499 (1994), and Kenton County Public Parks Corporation v. Mark A. Modlin, KY. App., 901 s.w.2d 876 (1995).

In Ohio, I was counsel on the first appellant district case of Moellman v. Niehaus, case no. 1999 wl 49370, cited and explained as authority by the Ohio Supreme Court in Modzelewski v. Yellow Freight Systems, Inc., 102 Ohio st.3d 192, 808 n.e.2d 381 (2004).

I have also co-authored articles for the legal publications of Trial Magazine and The Advocate and served on local arbitration panels to help parties and their counsel reach a decision in personal injury cases. I have tried civil and criminal cases to juries in both state and federal courts in Kentucky and Ohio along with numerous bench trials in these venues.

I have also participated in countless motion hearings in state and federal courts in Kentucky and Ohio and conducted countless depositions of expert and fact witnesses for purposes of discovery, case evaluation and trial preparation from Michigan to Florida and Massachusetts to California.
